11 Fashionable Real-Girl Looks from Summer Music Festivals ...

The most fashionable looks from summer music festivals don’t always come from celebrities, despite what a lot of street style blogs and fashion sites would lead us to believe. It seems like we’re always being fed the festival outfits of Alexa Chung, Kate Bosworth and Kate Moss, to name a few. But what about the thousands of other ‘normal’ people that attend those very same music festivals? Check out these fashionable looks from summer music festivals.

Anna, Lovebox

Anna, Lovebox The first of our looks from summer music festivals is Anna at Lovebox Festival in London. Anna was snapped by Suzanne Middlemass wearing a white ASOS dress. She teamed it with a fringed leather biker jacket (only during a London Summer!), buckled ankle boots, and a vintage leather satchel. This is a look that you could also easily wear out and about on the street, not just at music festivals.

2

Nina, Lovebox

Nina, Lovebox Nina was photographed at Lovebox Festival by Vogue’s Street Chic photographers. She works a monochrome look in a white Monki crochet dress and chunky gladiator sandals. The black floral crown and round sunglasses give the entire outfit a flower power kind of feel.

3

Sasha, Glastonbury

Sasha, Glastonbury One of the most well known music festivals around, Glastonbury is a classic people watching and outfit spotting site. Here, Sasha was snapped by Abigail O’Neill for Glamour Magazine in this festival-friendly number. She wears a printed smock dress from Urban Outfitters, floral headband, and patterned side bag. Hunter wellies complete the look.

4

Kirsty, Glastonbury

Kirsty, Glastonbury Kirsty braved the Glastonbury mud in a pair of clear jelly sandals. She was photographed by Abigail O’Neill wearing a printed dress from Topshop. A funky necklace, dip-dyed locks, and jelly sandals added some quirky touches to a very vintage-inspired dress.

Monica, Pitchfork

Monica, Pitchfork Monica was photographed at Pitchfork festival rocking a festival staple – denim shorts! She teams her dark denim cut-offs with a sheer American Apparel sleeveless shirt, tied at the waist, and black strappy sandals. This is a pretty relaxed festival look, but if you’re going to be spending time in the mosh pit then switch the sandals for sneakers or boots.

7

Erika, Lollapalooza

Erika, Lollapalooza Erika was snapped by Emma Arnold at Lollapalooza wearing a summer-ready floral dress. She teamed her dress with a brown leather satchel, black ankle boots, and clear framed sunglasses.

8

Festival Goer, Bonnaroo

Festival Goer, Bonnaroo Classic and polished aren’t words you’d usually use to describe festival fashion, but this outfit that Allister Ann snapped at Bonnaroo is exactly that. This festival goer beat the heat in a sheer black blouse, high waisted shorts, and a tan floppy hat. It just goes to show that festival fashion doesn’t always have to be about denim shorts and tank tops.

9

Shanai, Governors Ball

Shanai, Governors Ball Shanai was snapped at the Governors Ball rocking a multi-coloured vintage skirt. She teamed it with a black crop top, colour pop bag from Zara, and metal-framed sunglasses. She completed the look with the festival footwear of choice: wellington boots.

10

Lottie, Wireless
